3 Days Pilgrimage Tour to Delphi and Meteora

Meteora

In the heart of Greece are located two of the most impressive UNESCO Heritage sites of the world.

The Pan-Hellenic sanctuary of Delphi, also known as the “navel of the world”, dates to the ninth century B.C in an amazing hillside setting at the foot of Mount Parnassos. For many centuries, the sanctuary of Delphi, was the most trusted oracle in the ancient world from which the spirit of Apollo gave advice on everything from domestic matters to wars.
Meteora, the most important and biggest group of monasteries in Greece after those on Mount Athos is located near the Thessalian Plain and the first traces of its history date to the 11th century A.D, when the first hermits settled there. The rock monasteries have been characterized as a unique phenomenon of cultural heritage worldwide.
